The InforMedix Med-eMonitor provides medication reminders on a 24/7 basis. Reminders for up to 25 different medications include the name and dose of the medication, and education regarding the best way to take each. Medication doses taken at the appropriate time, missed doses, unscheduled doses taken, and health status information are all recorded by the portable pillbox, and when the pillbox is placed in its communication cradle, this information is communicated to InforMedix’s secure servers. Alerts to caregivers and loved ones are then automatically communicated as needed.
